Starting Point - Reciprocal Link Exchange Directory
Starting Point boasts one of the highest PageRank for reciprocal link exchanges. Part of the reason for this is because Starting Point started out as a reciprocal link exchange, then dumped its entire database of links and started over. This means that it then had all sorts of one way links pointing to it which were no longer discounted as reciprocal links by Google. NOT a stellar repuation, here. I would actually recomend staying away from looking for a link from these guys.
